New Company Guide

New Company registration on Home Page
  • On the home page, select "New Company" as Login Type.
  • Fill out all information including company name, your desired username, password and e-mail.
  • Click on "Register" button.

If you wish to separate employees by departments, go to "Departments" page (all buttons are located on the left side)
Keep in mind that employees from different departments can take days-off at the same time.
  • Enter Department Name
  • Click on "Add Department" button
Add new departments on 'Department' page

Add new employees on 'Employees' page To add your employees, go to "Employees" page.
  • Fill out employee name, title. Selecting department is optional.
  • Click on "Add Employee" button.

Your new employee will appear on the employees list below. Please give Secret Key to your employee so that he/she can register using that key. Employee List

Review Settings Review your settings on "Settings" page and make changes if necessary.
  • You can change your username and password
  • If several employees from the same department can take days-off at the same time, you can set it too.
  • Click on "Save Changes" button to save any changes you'd made.

Go to "Calendar" page to view all vacation, sick, and personal days of your employees. You can select from 4 different calendar views. Calendar

New Employee Guide

New Employee registration on Home Page
  • On the home page, select "New User" as Login Type.
  • Fill out all information including your secret key that you received from your manager, your desired username, password and e-mail.
  • Click on "Register" button.

On your home page you can view the summary of all the days-off you took as well as the detailed information about all vacation, sick and personal days you took. Add new departments on 'Department' page

Add and remove days-off
  • Go to "Calendar" page to add or remove your days-off.
  • Fill out your desired date range.
  • Select the type of your days-off: vacation, personal, sick or weekend. This information is not needed if you're removing days.
  • Click on either "Set Days" or "Remove Days".
You can also set or remove your day-off by clicking on the date on the calendar.
